Job summary

RichSmith Management in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to warmly greet residents and applicants at our community.

The successful candidate will coordinate move-ins and show apartments, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and property occupancy remains high. Weekend availability is required, and the role emphasizes excellent customer service and strong communication in a busy leasing office environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in basic office tasks (typing, filing, scanning, faxing, answering telephones).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work overtime if required to complete job duties.
• Proficiency in standard office administration, equipment use, and MS Office software is advantageous.
• Must be willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and all community guests.
• Serving as the primary first impression for all visitors to our Leasing Office.
• Ensuring the rental of apartment units to maintain maximum occupancy and high renewal rates.
• Coordinating move-ins, move-outs, lease negotiations, renewals, and apartment showings.
• Ensuring accurate completion of paperwork for current and prospective tenants.
