Responsibilities include collecting deposits, processing applications, ensuring model apartments are ready, maintaining knowledge of lease terms and market conditions, and delivering excellent customer service and sales.

Qualifications

• Ensure model apartments are ready and workspace is clean.

• Utilize customer service and sales techniques to close deals.
• Maintain contact with local services and outreach marketing.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create new move-in files and assist with ongoing maintenance of files.
