Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a Cayce, SC community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, qualify applicants, present leases, and finalize move-ins.

We value strong customer service, reliable follow-up, and the ability to work with our on-site team to meet leasing goals. Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA is expected; High School Diploma required; on-site software skills needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, show, and move-in prospective residents; greet, qualify visitors.
• Conduct tours, close sales, and complete leasing paperwork.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing plans and market surveys.
• Address resident concerns and support retention programs.
