Avonlea Apartments in Johns Creek, GA is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a background in sales (preferably in multifamily housing) and is motivated by hourly pay plus commissions.

You will greet prospects, provide property tours, process applications, and help maintain resident relations. Weekend availability is required, and we offer competitive commissions, bonuses on move-ins and renewals, PTO, and a family-owned work environment.

Qualifications

• Background in sales (preferably in multifamily residential sector).
• Weekend work and availability is required.
• Valid Driver's License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours of the property, model unit and available vacancies.
• Answer phone and digital inquiries with accurate information.
• Process applications and verify data, complete lease packets prior to move-in.
• Maintain property and resident files per company policy.
