Avonlea Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our team. The role involves greeting prospective residents, giving tours of the property, and guiding applicants through the leasing process.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of sales or related experience, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. This is an in-person position in the Atlanta area with a focus on excellent customer service and resident retention.

Qualifications

• Background in sales or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in using computers and communicating with residents.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service is valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
• Answer inquiries via phone and digital channels with accurate info.
• Process applications and verify data for move-ins.
• Prepare leasing packets and maintain show units daily.
• Ensure neatness and functionality of leasing offices and model units.
• Assist with leasing activities and resident relations.
