Avonlea Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our team. The role involves greeting prospective residents, giving tours of the property, and guiding applicants through the leasing process.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of sales or related experience, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. This is an in-person position in the Atlanta area with a focus on excellent customer service and resident retention.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
• Answer inquiries via phone and digital channels with accurate info.
• Process applications and verify data for move-ins.
• Prepare leasing packets and maintain show units daily.
• Ensure neatness and functionality of leasing offices and model units.
• Assist with leasing activities and resident relations.

We are a growing property management company in the Atlanta area that currently owns and manages many multifamily residential communities. We pride ourselves on providing our residents best-in-class service through impeccable property management and responsive support. We are currently in need of an enthusiastic and ambitious Leasing Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales (preferably in the multifamily residential sector) and will be motivated by the opportunity to work for an hourly pay plus commission. We offer a bonus structure based on move-ins and renewals monthly. Our employees are helpful and courteous, and we cultivate those same qualities in new hires. Weekend work and availability is required.

Leasing Consultant responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and liability courses and certifications.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Greet prospective residents/traffic and provide tours of the property, model unit, and available ready vacancies.
• Answer all phone and digital inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Provide application information to the prospective resident and verify application data.
• Document and follow up with all traffic.
• Complete all lease packets prior to move-in.
• Prepare the leasing office, model(s), and leasing information for each day.
• Monitor property facilities for neatness, cleanliness, and proper function as needed.
• Marketing as required.
• Assist with all leasing activities, resident relations, and retention.
• Maintain all property and resident files per company policy.

Additional duties may be assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• 1+ years or more of sales or related experience preferred
• Proficient in computer and communication skills
