Qualifications

• 2+ years’ residential leasing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM preferred; knowledge of fair housing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents; match needs with available apartments.
• Schedule and conduct property tours highlighting features.
• Travel between DC communities to meet tour schedules.
• Process applications and verifications for move-in.
• Conduct move-in orientation and coordinate move-outs.
• Maintain leasing activity reports and market information.
