Job summary

Ackermann Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Madamore Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. You’ll interact with prospective and current residents, present the community, and drive occupancy through tours and rapport building.

The role requires customer service experience, leasing/sales aptitude, and strong communication. You will use Yardi Voyager, Rent Café, and CRM tools to manage prospects and leases and collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Leasing and/or sales experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments and tours to prospects; convert inquiries to visits.
• Maintain knowledge of unit details, policies, and fair housing.
• Ensure accurate leasing documentation and timely records.
• Monitor market conditions to guide sales approach.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for unit readiness and follow-up on issues.
• Log guest cards, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
