Lyon Living is hiring a full-time Leasing Consultant for The Palmer in San Juan Capistrano, CA. You will welcome guests, conduct tours, generate leases, and handle deposits and applications while upholding Lyon Living’s community standards.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in customer service or sales, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Formación

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Background in retail, hospitality, and/or food & beverage.
• Property management background is a plus.
• Flexible scheduling and weekends availability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Intermediate to proficient computer and administrative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes positive and welcoming customer interactions aligned with the Lyon Living experience.
• Conduct community tours for future residents.
• Generate leads and lease apartment homes to achieve occupancy goals.
• Qualifies prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents and related paperwork.
• Collects rental deposits and application fees.
• Maintain sensibility of market presence and community value.
• Persistently seek to create team and resident experiences.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, staff, and guests.
• Attend offsite meetings and travels to other locations as needed.
