Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects and visitors to the community and coordinate tours.
• Leverage leasing skills to rent apartments and sell services per budget.
• Review applications and prepare lease packets with addendums and forms.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and competitors; monitor traffic trends.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

The position will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues as well as coordinating the renewals of existing leases.
