Bell Partners seeks a Floating Leasing Consultant to lease apartments and promote properties across multiple communities. You will manage day-to-day resident issues, coordinate renewals, and ensure exceptional service for residents, prospects, and visitors.

Travel between properties is required. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in business or related field, 1+ years in leasing or B2B sales, and strong marketing, communication, and computer skills including MS Office and Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in multi-family leasing or B2B selling is desirable.
• Strong marketing and creativity skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office Suite proficiency and ability to use computer.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar programs.

Responsabilités

• Lease apartments and market properties in line with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards with prospects and residents.
• Track leasing traffic and monitor trends; follow up as needed.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of property and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate lease applications, including credit and income verifications.
• Prepare lease packets with all addendums and documents.

This position does not have a single designated worksite. Instead, this position is expected to travel between and perform work at multiple properties within a designated market or region.
