Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Chicago to deliver exceptional service and drive leasing goals. You will show and lease units, guide move-ins, and maintain resident relations to build a thriving community.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accurate applications, marketing efforts, and timely follow-up with prospects and residents.

Qualifications

• 1 year in customer service or sales; multifamily leasing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI and social media preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate with the team for timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with accuracy and completeness.
• Update unit availability and community calendars daily.
• Perform inspections to ensure move-in ready standards.
• Support admin duties, phone support, and turnover procedures.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover.
• Handle resident collections according to Trinity’s standards.

Compensation: $23 to $25 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

• Handle resident collectionsin accordance withTrinity’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalentrequired;additionaleducation or certificationsarea plus(e.g.knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata,EliseAI,Celeriand social mediais a bonus.

Requirements

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
