Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in the United States (Virginia) to serve as the face of the property and drive leasing goals while delivering exceptional resident experiences. This role requires weekend work and a focus on high-quality service.

You will show and lease units, assist with marketing strategies, process applications, and guide residents from move-in to ongoing satisfaction. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales; multifamily leasing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and leasing software (Yardi, Entrata) is a bonus.

Responsabilités

Compensation:$20 to $25 hourly,depending on experience, plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.

Office Hours / Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday- Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This team member will be required to work weekends. Schedule will vary totaling a 40 hour work week.

• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.

• Conduct move-out inspections andassistwith property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collectionsin accordance withTrinity’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalentrequired;additionaleducation or certificationsarea plus(e.g.knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata,EliseAI,Celeriand social mediais a bonus.

Requirements

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
