Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing goals and ensuring a seamless resident experience. Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certifications a plus (e.g. Fair Housing laws).
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Manage daily unit availability and maintenance requests; support admin tasks as needed.

Compensation: $21 to $23 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with availability for weekends as needed.

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.

Resident Experience & Service

• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensuretimelyresolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.

Operational & AdministrativePerformance

• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
• Support property management withadministrativeduties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections andassistwith property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collectionsin accordance withTrinity’s standards.

Requirements

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
