Palms at Magnolia Park Apartments in Riverview, FL is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, showcase the community, and secure lease agreements for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires strong sales and/or leasing experience.
• NALP certification desirable.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Yardi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage every aspect of the leasing process with prospective tenants.
• Provide exceptional customer service to future tenants and current residents.
• Guide tours, explain the application process, and close leases.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and residents.
• Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly.
• Assist with on-site maintenance coordination with the Property Manager.
• Keep the community appearance and coordinate inspections.
• Support training of on-site staff to meet property goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
