IMT Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant for IMT at the Galleria, a 361-unit community in Franklin, TN. You will guide prospective residents from inquiry to move-in, maintain relationships, and ensure a welcoming, well‑managed community.

Responsibilities include leasing, customer service, renewals, market research, and supporting promotional activities. Weekend availability and a valid driver license are required.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience, leasing experience is a plus
• Ability to connect with a variety of people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Motivation to meet or exceed goals and earn incentives
• Ability to work in high-volume, sometimes stressful environments
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills
• College education helpful
• Weekend availability required
• Active and valid driver license required

Responsibilities

• Lease available apartments
• Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service

• Stay informed about Fair Housing laws and regulations
• Maintain impeccable property site conditions
• Conduct market research and assist with marketing and events
• Support Community Manager with additional duties
