Live Bryten is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Consultant for Blue Agave Villas in Rio Rancho, NM. You’ll welcome prospects and residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth move-in while maintaining accurate records and high service standards.

The role emphasizes on-site engagement, strong communication, and collaboration with maintenance and marketing teams to achieve occupancy goals and create a welcoming community for all residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Yardi, ResMan, On-Site or other property management software preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective and current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Assist residents through leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related docs accurately.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention with outstanding customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing records.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure high community standards.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and occupancy goals.

Key responsibilities include:• Greeting and engaging prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and through electronic communication • Conducting community tours and showcasing apartment homes and amenities • Assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiry through move-in • Processing rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently • Responding to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner • Supporting resident retention efforts through outstanding customer service and community engagement • Maintaining organized and accurate resident files, records, and leasing documentation • Inspecting community appearance and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure high standards are maintained • Assisting with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to support occupancy goals • Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable laws • Promoting a positive, welcoming, and inclusive community environment • Performing other duties as assigned**Who You Are** We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people.
