Bryten in Albuquerque is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins. You’ll partner with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure a welcoming experience and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to close leases. A high school diploma is required; college degree is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and via electronic communications.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents from inquiry through move-in; process rental applications and lease renewals.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Support resident retention through excellent customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation; coordinate with maintenance for property appearance.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals; ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Promote a positive, welcoming, and inclusive community environment.

Key responsibilities include:• Greeting and engaging prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and through electronic communication• Conducting community tours and showcasing apartment homes and amenities• Assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiry through move-in• Processing rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently• Responding to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner• Supporting resident retention efforts through outstanding customer service and community engagement• Maintaining organized and accurate resident files, records, and leasing documentation• Inspecting community appearance and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure high standards are maintained• Assisting with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to support occupancy goals• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable laws• Promoting a positive, welcoming, and inclusive community environment• Performing other duties as assignedWho You AreWe’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people.
