Bryten is seeking a personable Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective and current residents. You will lead tours, assist with the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, and ensure accurate documentation and compliant practices.

Strong customer service, communication, and organization are essential. The role requires on-site work in Denver, with a focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences and supporting occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; property management software experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and via electronic communication.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents.What You’ll Be DoingAs our Leasing Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face of the community—responsible for creating exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents while supporting the overall success of the property. Key responsibilities include:• Greeting and engaging prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and through electronic communication• Conducting community tours and showcasing apartment homes and amenities• Assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiry through move-in• Processing rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently• Responding to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner• Supporting resident retention efforts through outstanding customer service and community engagement• Maintaining organized and accurate resident files, records, and leasing documentation• Inspecting community appearance and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure high standards are maintained• Assisting with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to support occupancy goals• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable laws• Promoting a positive, welcoming, and inclusive community environment• Performing other duties as assignedWho You AreWe’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people.
