Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join Seven Palms, a 336-unit community in Punta Gorda, FL. This role blends customer service and sales, with responsibilities including property tours, leases, and candidate follow-up.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable talking with prospects on phone, in person, and online, adhere to Fair Housing guidelines, document interactions in Yardi, and assist applicants through the affordable housing process.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Hospitality, restaurant, or retail experience translates well.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Present available units, close leases, and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect and maintain tour-ready homes and present them professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of local schools, amenities, and area details to share with prospects.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and enter data into Yardi PMS.
• Guide customers through the application process for affordable housing eligibility.
• Participate in off-site marketing and occupancy initiatives.
• Support community events and resident retention efforts.
