Responsibilities

• Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community
• Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments/model
• Ensure CRM-Elise is utilized to generate and maximize traffic
• Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate
• Assist prospects in applying online
• Coordinate with onsite teams for tours and tour routes
• Address resident and prospect requests, complaints, and comments
• Partner with the Marketing team on initiatives
• Complete market surveys and monthly training
• Perform all duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 1+ years of on-site leasing experience
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Superior customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• One-Site experience preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Physical Demands: The role is mainly sedentary but requires mobility for touring apartments and inspecting communities. Involves sitting, walking, standing, and some repetitive hand/wrist motions.
