Responsibilities

• Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community
• Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments/model
• Ensure CRM-Knock is utilized to generate and maximize traffic
• Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate
• Assist prospects in applying online
• Coordinate with onsite teams of apartments being toured, tour routes
• Listen to all resident & prospect requests, complaints, and comments
• Partner with the Marketing team with all marketing initiatives
• Complete market surveys and monthly training
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 1+ years of on-site leasing experience
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Superior customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Physical Demands

The role is mostly sedentary but requires mobility such as climbing stairs or squatting to tour and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, standing for extended periods, and some repetitive hand/wrist motions.
