In this fast-paced role you’ll leverage sales skills, handle inquiries by phone, text and email, and collaborate with the Property Manager to analyze market trends and improve resident experiences across communities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing experience preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments while adhering to company policies and laws.
• Create a friendly and professional atmosphere in the leasing office.
• Communicate effectively with residents and prospects via phone, text, and email.
• Track and manage prospect interactions through CRM IQ.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to analyze market trends and improve resident satisfaction.
• Conduct online marketing audits and identify new opportunities.
• Inspect properties and report maintenance needs.
• Assist in planning and hosting engaging resident events.
• Travel between properties as needed.
