GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Leasing Consultant for GO One Wheeling Town Center, Wheeling, IL. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, leasing apartments and supporting marketing efforts while upholding community standards.

The role emphasizes on-site interactions, performance targets, and comprehensive benefits. A pathway to commissions is highlighted with a potential to earn over $1,000 in commissions per month.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, personable and compassionate—able to connect with people from all backgrounds.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Property management knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with RealPage systems is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in meeting occupancy, rental income, and renewal goals.
• Promptly collect and post all revenue (application fees, admin fees, deposits).
• Follow up on delinquencies and prepare/deliver notices.
• Show apartments using professional leasing procedures and approved rates.
• Respond to inquiries promptly (within 24 hours) and manage CRM processes.
