Job Description: Leasing Consultant

Our client, a nationwide company with a multifamily property in the Boston area, is seeking a Leasing Consultant. They value their team members, offering a family-like work culture along with great benefits and perks.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $23/hr - $26/hr plus bonus

Position Overview: The Leasing Consultant provides exceptional service to residents at luxury multi-family apartments. They work effectively with the team to meet leasing revenue, occupancy, resident satisfaction, and retention goals. A goal-oriented people person is needed to meet and exceed sales and service objectives.

Responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant:

• Sales, marketing, and customer service
• Plan and host resident events
• Research data and distribute reports on occupancy
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including fee collection
• Conduct property tours and inspections for potential tenants
• Manage lease renewals
• Prepare, distribute, and follow-up on work orders
• Maintain a clean environment for team and tenants
• Manage online advertising platforms and respond to leads

Required Experience/Skills:

• Inside sales and/or hospitality experience required
• Exceptional sales, customer service, and communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media
• Ability to work late and on scheduled weekends

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
