Position Overview

We're seeking a personable and sales-driven Leasing Consultant to join a fast-paced team at a large, high-end residential community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on connecting with people and bringing creativity to their role.

Responsibilities Of The Leasing Consultant

• Greet and engage prospective residents during tours.
• Drive lease conversions through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including creating engaging social media content.
• Support leasing office operations and resident inquiries.
  
  

Required Experience/Skills for the Leasing Consultant:

• Strong sales ability and people skills.
• Creativity and comfort with social media platforms.
• Open to backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, or retail.
  
  

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Leasing Consultant:

• Experience in residential leasing or property management a plus.
  
  

Education Requirements:
