RADCO Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant for one of our communities. You will engage with prospects, tours, process applications, and support marketing activities to drive traffic and leases. A friendly, team-focused approach and strong customer service are essential, with experience using YARDI and basic office software preferred.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, a customer-first mindset, and representing RADCO positively in person and online across channels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate and respond sensitively to concerns.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• Takes initiative and is self-motivated to complete tasks.
• YARDI experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of Fair Housing laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Welcome guests and tour prospective residents at the property.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease documents.
• Assist with planning and implementing community marketing plans and events.
• Demonstrate the company's caring values in interactions with residents and teams.
• Performs other tasks as needed to meet company objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Valid driver’s license may be required based on property size and potential need for use of a golf cart. Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job’s functions Duties & Responsibilities:
• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours
• Welcome and greet community guests and tour prospective residents throughout property
• Process rental applications, obtain required documents, schedule move-ins and prepare all lease file documents
• Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing plan and events to generate traffic
