Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to de-escalate, problem-solve, and respond sensitively to customer service concerns
• Experience with social media marketing
• Takes initiative and self-motivated to complete tasks
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience is required
• YARDI experience is preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of Fair Housing laws preferred
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person)
• Welcome and greet guests and tour prospective residents
• Process rental applications and move-ins and prepare lease documents
• Assist with community marketing plans and events to generate traffic
• Demonstrate RADCO’s Caring values with residents, vendors, coworkers and supervisors
• Team may perform any reasonable task aligned with company objectives
• May conduct competitor visits, market surveys, and local market research as needed

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Valid driver’s license may be required based on property size and potential need for use of a golf cart. Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job’s functions Duties & Responsibilities:
