Job summary

RADCO Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the face of the community, guiding prospective residents through tours and the leasing process. You will manage inquiries, applications, and move-ins while delivering exceptional service and representing the RADCO brand.

The role emphasizes relationship building, a team-oriented environment, and opportunities to contribute to marketing plans, events, and local market research across our Duluth properties.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate, problem-solve, and respond sensitively to customer-service concerns.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• Takes initiative and self-motivated to complete tasks.
• MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience is required.
• YARDI experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of Federal, State and local Fair Housing laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Welcome and greet guests and tour prospective residents on property.
• Process rental applications and obtain required documents; schedule move-ins and prepare lease files.
• Assist with planning and execution of community marketing plans and events.
• Demonstrate RADCO’s Caring values in interactions with residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Support competitor property visits, market surveys and local market research when needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Valid driver’s license may be required based on property size and potential need for use of a golf cart. Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job’s functions Duties & Responsibilities:
