Job summary

RichSmith Management seeks a full-time Leasing Consultant in West Memphis, AR. You’ll be the first contact for prospective residents, tour apartments, and assist with lease negotiations and renewals, collaborating with the Community Manager to keep occupancy high and service top-notch.

You should have strong verbal and written communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and basic MS Office skills are preferred.
