Job Title: Leasing Consultant at KETTLER

KETTLER is hiring a Leasing Consultant for Dock 79, an apartment community in Washington, DC. Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Leasing Consultant's responsibilities include maximizing property occupancy, generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting prospective residents and providing property tours.
• Performing outreach marketing and creating engaging social media initiatives.
• Following up with prospects daily to address questions and maintain a high-touch approach.
• Assisting with resident retention and partnering with local businesses and organizations.
• Walking the marketing path daily and providing excellent customer service.
• Processing lease applications and qualifying residents.
• Supporting the Community Manager with administrative tasks and general office maintenance.
• Resolving resident concerns and issues.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience, preferably in residential property management.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
