Known for our boutique approach, unmatched expertise, and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience, we partner with top developers and owners to bring thoughtfully designed communities to life.

We are seeking a polished, driven, and experienced Leasing Consultant to join the team at one of our newest luxury apartment communities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering high-level service, and has a passion for helping people find their next home.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents—showcasing the community, identifying needs, and building rapport through tailored experiences.
  • Conduct guided tours of the property and available apartments, highlighting luxury features and community amenities.
  • Manage the full leasing process: application intake, resident qualification, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all leads—phone, email, and in-person.
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts to drive traffic and increase visibility in the local community.
  • Maintain accurate guest cards, follow-ups, and leasing activity records within our CRM or property management system.
  • Collaborate closely with on-site teams and McWilliams Ballard leadership to ensure every touchpoint reflects the high standards of the community’s and M|B’s brand.

Who You Are

  • You bring a minimum of 3 years of leasing experience, ideally with new construction or luxury communities.
  • You’re organized, outgoing, and results-driven—with a polished, professional presence.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable using modern leasing technology and CRM tools.
  • You’re a team player who enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a boutique, high-performance environment.
  • You’re available to flexible hours to meet leasing goals.
