Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing and marketing efforts, promote the community image, and assist management with resident programs and retention. You will help future residents find their next home by touring the community, processing leases, and collecting rent, contributing to occupancy goals.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma, with opportunities for bonus potential

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community with prospective residents and process lease applications.
• Plan and attend resident events and functions.
• Collect and secure rental payments and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct market campaigns, compile reports, and support retention efforts.
• Maintain closing ratios in line with property expectations.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations

Qualifications

Compensation: $17.31 to $21.63 per hour
