LMS Investment Management is seeking a dynamic Leasing & Marketing Specialist for Fairview Springs in Covington, GA. This performance-based role focuses on occupancy growth, high-quality tours, and closing leases, not just showing apartments.

You’ll convert leads with consultative sales, manage traffic and metrics in Yardi, and maintain renewal relationships to minimize vacancy. Proactive outreach and market awareness help keep occupancy strong.

Qualifications

• Prior multifamily leasing experience required.
• Strong closing and follow-up skills.
• Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to walk the property daily (including stairs) and lift up to 40 lbs.

This is a performance-based leasing position for someone who is motivated by occupancy goals, conversion ratios, and building momentum.

What You’ll Do

Drive Occupancy & Revenue

• Proactively convert leads into signed leases through relationship-based, consultative sales.
