Job summary

IEC is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant for a 176-unit apartment community in Union City, CA. You will handle leasing activities and provide excellent resident service to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

The schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with compensation including an hourly rate of $24–$27 plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. Prior multifamily leasing experience is preferred and knowledge of Fair Housing laws is required.

Position Summary:

IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at our 176-unit apartment community located in Union City CA. The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.

Job Duties:

• Strong leasing and marketing efforts
• Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
• Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of multi-family leasing experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated
• Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate with good organizational skills
• Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline
