Interstate Equities Corporation (IEC) seeks an energetic Leasing Consultant for a 147-unit community in Woodland Hills, CA. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

The role includes strong leasing/marketing efforts, coordinating lease signings, data entry in YARDI, and delivering excellent resident service. Compensation includes hourly $22.41–$24.90 plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least one year of multi-family leasing experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with basic data entry and MS Office.
• Able to work Tuesday–Saturday 9AM–6PM.

Position Summary:

IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at our147- unitapartment community located inWoodland Hills,CA. The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.

Job Duties:

• Strong leasing and marketing efforts
• Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
• Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of multi-family leasing experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated
• Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate with good organizational skills
• Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline
