Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engaging with people enthusiastically and creatively, understanding market drivers to excel in sales.
• Providing excellent customer service to prospective and current residents, maintaining professional communication.
• Touring and maintaining the appearance of model units and tour routes.
• Monitoring local market trends and contributing marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
• Maintaining administrative accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Energetic, fun, and engaging personality.

Additional Information
