About The Leasing Consultant Position

Responsible for coordinating apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. Interacts with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

• Provide excellent customer service, generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and handle lease documentation.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork, maintain records, and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect apartments, coordinate move-in/out needs, and maintain resident files.
• Complete leasing reports, assist with resident relations, and support management tasks.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required.
• Preferred: 1+ year sales and residential leasing experience.

Skills and Requirements

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and handle confidential matters.
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, auto insurance.
