Responsibilities
  • Tour and present the community compellingly, assisting prospective residents in finding the right apartment home
  • Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish
  • Monitor local market trends and update property comparables
  • Inspect vacant apartment homes to ensure readiness for new residents
  • Plan and coordinate resident events throughout the year
  • Build strong relationships with residents through outstanding customer service
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service
  • Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in hotel or hospitality industry roles like concierge, guest services, front desk, or reservations is a plus

Additional Information

Pay Range: $16.61 - $19.24 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and certifications. This range does not include potential commissions or bonuses.
