Currently, KETTLER has an opening for a Leasing Consultant at Miles at Ybor, an apartment community located in Tampa, FL.

The Leasing Consultant, under the direction of the Community Manager, is responsible for maximizing property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting prospective residents and providing property tours.
  • Performing outreach marketing and creating engaging social media initiatives to connect residents.
  • Managing social media posts and daily follow-up on prospects to ensure all questions are answered and a high-touch approach is maintained.
  • Assisting with resident retention and supporting efforts to partner with local businesses and organizations.
  • Walking the marketing path daily and providing excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
  • Processing lease applications, qualifying residents, and supporting office administrative tasks.
  • Resolving resident concerns and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience, preferably in residential property management.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with residents and customers.
