About the Role

The Leasing Consultant supports leasing operations and financial performance by interacting with prospective residents, communicating the benefits of living at MAA, and securing lease agreements. Responsibilities include screening prospects, managing lease expirations, facilitating renewals, and assisting with marketing and resident events.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or leasing
• Knowledge of apartment management laws (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• High school diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
