Our multi-family community, Lakes of Northdale, currently has a full-time Leasing Professional opportunity available.

As a Leasing Consultant, your goal will be to energetically and professionally represent our innovative and rapidly growing company to current and prospective residents. You will build lasting relationships with residents and co-workers, serve as a product expert, and be a key resource for property information. Your charisma and sales skills will help market and lease our beautiful multi-family homes.

This role is ideal for someone engaging, motivated, and passionate about helping people find their new home in a fast-paced environment.

A Typical Day

1. Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, tour the community, and highlight our amenities.
2. Follow up with prospects and work toward leasing our apartments.
3. Complete all steps of the lease application process.
4. Be knowledgeable about our community offerings, rents, and amenities.
5. Conduct off-site and online market research and assist in marketing efforts.
6. Coordinate resident social events to enhance resident satisfaction.
