Job summary

Waterford Landing, operated by Independence Realty Trust, Inc., is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, tour the community, and match needs with our amenities. This role drives leasing goals in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll conduct property tours, follow up with leads, and guide applicants through lease applications, while highlighting rents, amenities, and community features. Training is provided, with growth opportunities and competitive compensation.
