Position Overview

We seek a talented leasing consultant responsible for apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and resident interactions to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and handle lease documentation.
• Maintain model apartments and orient residents.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with prospects and convert calls into tours.
• Inspect apartments, coordinate move-ins/outs, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support resident relations and assist with resident activities.
• Perform administrative duties and support management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; sales and leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance required.
• Completion of Fair Housing, Diversity, and Inclusion Training within 30 days.
