Job summary

KETTLER is seeking a Lease-up Leasing Consultant for The Arbor at Halley Rise, Reston, VA. The role reports to the Community Manager and focuses on maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic, touring prospects, and coordinating leasing activities.

Responsibilities include outreach marketing, engaging social media initiatives, daily follow-up with prospects, processing applications, and supporting resident retention.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service, sales or office experience, preferably in residential property management.
• High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Customer service, sales and goal-oriented mindset; ability to work weekends/holidays.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for businesses.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
• Perform outreach marketing to generate qualified traffic.
• Create social media initiatives and manage posts to connect residents.
• Daily follow-up on prospects with high-touch communication.
• Assist with resident retention and lease processing.
• Support Community Manager with office tasks and scheduling.

Job description

KETTLER currently has an opening for a Lease-up Leasing Consultant at The Arbor at Halley Rise, an apartment community located in Reston, VA.

The Leasing Consultant, under the direction of the Community Manager, is responsible for maximizing property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $22-24/hourly

Responsibilities

• Greeting prospective residents and providing them with property tours.
• Performing proper outreach marketing.
• Help create engaging social media initiatives to connect residents, and manage posts.
• Daily follow up on all prospects to make sure all questions are answered and a high touch approach adhered to.
• Assisting with resident retention.
• Support efforts to partner with nearby businesses, events, and other local organizations.
• Walking the marketing path daily.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Processing lease applications and qualifying residents.
• Supporting the Community Manager with general office maintenance by answering phones and performing other administrative tasks.
• Play a key role in resolving resident concerns and issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
