Experienced Multifamily Property Manager | Overseeing 405 Units | Resident-Focused | Operations & Asset Management Expert

The Purpose: In a Leasing Specialist role, you will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents.

Key Role Responsibilities:

Greet prospective residents and provide tours of property

Maintain contact with prospective renters by utilizing the companies CRM system

Assist the Property Manager with total performance of the property to include efficiency, turnover rate, occupancy, income and budgetary performance

Assist in collecting rent and handling delinquent accounts

Participate in resident retention programs and promotions

Prepare and maintain complete resident files

Primary Requirements Include:

Must be customer service oriented

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially excel

Flexibility to work one day per weekend (alternating Sundays)
