Responsibilities :

  1. Present apartments to prospective clients persuasively.
  2. Market the community through various media and advertising techniques using all marketing tools.
  3. Evaluate clients' requirements and financial status to make personalized presentations.
  4. Be knowledgeable about the features of the property to accurately show units.
  5. Maintain keen awareness of the Multi-Family industry in this area.
  6. Validate application information and references.
  7. Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
  8. Stay informed about the property market status.
  9. Ensure properties meet company standards through physical inspections.
  10. Willingness to work on weekends.

Skills :

  1. Excellent customer service and people-oriented skills.
  2. Minimum of 1-year experience as a leasing consultant in the multi-family industry.
  3. Fair housing certification (training available if not possessed).
  4. Proven success in sales and negotiation.
  5. Creativity in marketing, including digital media, with knowledge of various marketing tools.
  6. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  7. Interpersonal skills: energetic, friendly, outgoing, team-player.
  8. Drive to succeed.
