SPM, LLC Lake Nona Ariel in Orlando, FL is seeking a Seasonal Leasing Consultant to join a fast-paced team dedicated to turning prospects into residents.

You'll engage customers, conduct property tours, process applications, and collaborate with the management team to deliver a superior resident experience while supporting community marketing efforts.

Be the welcoming face of our community, deliver exceptional customer service, and help maintain sparkling models and ready-to-show homes each day.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, leasing, or customer service is preferred; training provided.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming, professional face of our community across in-person, phone, or online interactions.
• Create genuine connections by listening to prospects and guiding them to their new home.
• Lead engaging tours highlighting property features to excite prospects.
• Follow up with leads promptly to convert interest into residency.
• Process lease applications smoothly for a seamless move-in.
• Collaborate with the management team on resident communications, reports, and marketing.
• Keep model and vacant apartments clean and presentable.
• Drive community buzz through creative marketing and outreach.
• Assist residents with questions or concerns to ensure they feel heard.

• Keep our model and vacant apartments sparkling — always ready to impress and inspire.
• Drive community buzz every day through creative marketing and outreach that puts us in the spotlight.
• Jump in to assist residents with questions or concerns, making sure everyone feels heard, valued, and truly at home.

What You’ll Bring:

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for helping people
• Sales, leasing, or customer service experience (preferred but not required — we train the right people)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Familiarity with Yardi 7S is a plus
• A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
