Leasing Consultant Responsibilities

• Property leasing and administration, including showing units, signing leases, and maintaining resident relations
• Regular onsite attendance and effective communication with prospective and current residents
• Conduct tours, generate leads, and close leases
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits and unit turns
• Maintain accurate leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours
• Implement marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
• Handle resident concerns and develop retention programs
• Assist in marketing outreach and market analysis
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold community policies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with onsite software
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Physical Requirements

• Regular movement, communication, and ability to work in various environments and conditions
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work overtime, weekends, or nights as needed

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $17 - $19 per hour. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including health insurance, 401K, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and certifications.
