Position Overview

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking dependable, self-motivated Bilingual Leasing Professionals to join our team. The role involves managing leasing processes, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience for residents.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage all aspects of leasing, including apartment tours, lease paperwork, and move-in coordination.
2. Greet prospective residents, assess their needs, and answer inquiries.
3. Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and handle renewals.
4. Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email channels.
5. Assist with reports and record deposits and rent payments accurately.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi and/or One Site).
2. 6-12 months of previous apartment leasing experience, including lease-up experience for new construction communities.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours, including weekends.
7. Physical ability to tour properties, including walking and climbing stairs.
8. Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
